Thanks, that’s really good advice 😊 I try not to get discouraged when it goes up a bit or doesn’t budge for ages, but I know that’s to be expected. It’s good to be reminded though; because sometimes it can be tempting to give up. 🩷

Thank you! You’re right, I need to stay focused and not give up all the hard work for momentary treats. I feel awful when I eat the stuff I used to crave anyway, so I’ll let that motivate me too 🥰

As of today, I’ve lost 70 lbs since the beginning of March. I don’t have many people irl to celebrate little victories with, so I share here. It’s not been an easy thing to do. I will cheer myself on so I can keep it up and not revert to my bad habits of finding comfort in food 🥺
