Now we’re left waiting – for months – for millions of $$ in late payments, contract registration, and more.

Nonprofits can’t survive on broken promises!

As long as pay parity for civil legal services attorneys isn't achieved, this cycle continues to repeat.

Attorneys are driven out. Organizational capacity shrinks. Families go without help. The justice gap widens, and the need only grows.

This isn’t a staffing issue, it’s a barrier to justice.

Nearly 3 in 4 low-income households experienced at least one civil legal issue in the past year.

Civil legal services attorneys fight for these families everyday, but underfunding and low pay threaten their ability to stay.

If we don’t invest in them, we fail the people who need them most.

Civil legal services attorneys earn up to 38% less than their government counterparts, forcing many to leave for higher-paying jobs because they can’t afford to stay.

Without enough attorneys, closing the justice gap is impossible.
