THE MASKED REBELLION (wip)

Rundown: basically a purifier who made a promise to Zacharie of keeping Sucre alive. He’s the only one besides Pablo and Sucre who (now) lives in Zone 0.

If he ever wants to, he can puppeteer either Zach or Sucre, but chooses not to due to kindness and such.
