Add to that the most diverse contestant field ever, the most diverse panel of judges ever in our contest BY FAR, the expansion to educational and art spaces besides the competition, amazing performances, amazing moments...

And... it's something we needed. Circumstances in LatAm are very different from the global north. We need this kind of competition. From us, for us, by us.

And along with that, we had the first ever edition of LatAm rubber.

As it's fist year, it is of course in an embrionary stage. We will need more time, more work, and more editions for it to fulky come unto itself. But it was there, thanks to the people with the will and work to make it happen.

The first woman ever to compete in Mx Rubber won the title, and won it very decisively, with full support of the community, and when she was announced it just felt right.

Int was one of those times where the result just feels correct. You look at the results and know that the right person won.

I've been a lot less active in the last couple days because I was attending the MX Rubber/ Latham rubber competition.

It's a wrap.

And I can say, I love what we got to see this year. It felt transformative in the best possible way.
