In writing, pacing is hard because you want to get to the good stuff but you still want that anticipation to it and putting the pieces together to get to the goal-line. Imagery is another hard thing to pull off in a way in writing, to do "show don't tell".

I am noticing a disturbing trend of 17 year olds infiltrating adult spaces and trying to guilt people who, while going or have experienced the same trauma that nobody should face, find comfort in certain characters with questionable morals.
