Canal bridge on the Montgomery Canal. Current restoration is taking place at Waen Wen near Oswestry in #Shropshire. Just a mile or so from the border to #Cymru.

Our visitor centre is open on the remaining three weekends of the month. You may know our boat trips have been suspended due to low water. Llanymynech Canal Wharf will offer you an ideal vantage point to watch your friends or family who are taking part in the Montgomery Canal Triathlon this weekend.

The wharf building will be open from 11 am with outside seating, hot and cold drinks and ice creams.
