So, problem is with subcontractors/taxi firms abusing the system, NHS scheduling hospital appts far away, & having to travel far to find a GP appt, but asylum seekers are punished for it?
If I hire a taxi I'm not charged for the taxi to drive to me, so why are they?

Y'know what? EVERY single person who even just *thinks* they might be entitled to a benefit should apply. EVERY single person rejected should appeal, take it to tribunal.
