We can't thank Ikukurou enough for giving us the opportunity to promote our zine at this year's summer Comiket! 💖 Though we didn't print many copies, only less than half of the flyers were left afterward.

日本語講師をしてて思ったけど、日本にいる外国人は迷惑をかけたくてかけてるわけじゃなくて、日本のルールやマナーをただ知らないだけの場合が多いのよ。言えばわかってくれることがほとんど。そして、彼らは決して知る努力を怠っているわけじゃない。暗黙の了解もある中で、文化を100%理解するのは難易度が高すぎるのよね。逆に、たとえばタイで人の頭を撫でるのはNGってことを理解している日本人はどれほどいるのか。鼻をすするのがNGな国もあるし、ビールの乾杯でグラスを合わる国、合わせない国があったり。国が違えば、そんな文化の違いは日常で山ほど出てくるというのに。それを対話もせずに排除するのは野蛮ではないか。
