Aye, and him having to traipse to the ticket office before we kicked off v Spurs when I was still in the pub. Tbf we got an apology but it really was the first time I thought he wanted to jack it in which would’ve broken my heart. But now he’s buzzing so it’s fine.

Mad really. I know it’s only a microcosm of the whole situation but on our road in Pendlebury there are English, Irish, Indians, Chinese, people from Hong Kong and Pakistan as neighbours. Not a single flag thankfully but I’d be totally embarrassed if there was.
