I mean, kinda? But a rather tepid take. It's more complex (and interesting) than your framing. There are plenty of Dem-voting non-coastal non-elites who find such things tacky, and also plenty of Dem voters from all regions and income levels who have tacky taste. Broad strokes get boring fast.
