I've always found a strange comfort in being able to "identify" the things that stress me out, rather than living in bliss and waiting for the next shoe to drop.

This has to be the only thing keeping me in my 9-5 job.

Keeping track of how many days have passed since I quit drinking always made it feel like the time was passing slower. But I just calculated it now and I'm at 1,591 days.
