Has anyone used a smartwatch to help monitor a heart condition? Obviously you can't *rely* on a smartwatch, but there are a lot of claims by some that they can detect if your heart goes into a-fib. I am wondering if anyone has personal experience with that???

I love that life at 40+ is a neverending cycle of doing something for your health that ultimately injures you, just so you can hurt yourself all over again while rehabbing said injury.

I am normally very nice and give people the benefit of the doubt, but FYI for the last few days I am stressed out and looking for a fight. Just smile and nod while backing away slowly...🤣🤣🤣

Just left the doctor's office with my mom. She has breast cancer, but she has a great prognosis (🤞🙏🤞🙏🤞🙏) thanks to early detection from a routine mammogram. We have no family history and she had no symptoms (to my knowledge).
Ladies - get yourself checked annually!!! It's so important.

I hid 15 Easter eggs for my 16 and 14 yo, indoors only, and it still took them 25 minutes to find them all because there are no easy wins given in this house.
