Pochettino using this camp to experiment with new players is why he should’ve been fired after the Gold Cup. It’s too close to the World Cup for any type of experimenting and we need someone who knows the player pool and isn’t going to waste call-ups this late in the game. #USMNT

Yeah that’s why I said “like $5” meaning anything in that range. There should be an option less than the full season pass price because I’m sure there are people out there who would pay to watch just their team but don’t want to watch the full league.

It at least gives casuals and/or potential new fans some sort of a sampling. I agree on the local fan issue though, my idea is to offer a team only package for like $5/month where you get all of your team’s MLS and Next Pro games plus MLS 360.

Really interesting and insightful thread. I’m curious if you considered for your numbers that on a typical week MLS does put about 6 games in front of the paywall on Apple TV+. And last season they put games in front of the Apple TV+ paywall for anyone to watch.

Which is pathetic considering some of the older players have faced worse conditions in previous World Cups. Also the venue that will have the unhealthiest conditions next summer is Azteca, but no one is going to talk about that.

The dueling press conferences yesterday were pathetic by everyone involved. Instead of airing out your dirty laundry to the media how about you people just get in a room a get a deal done. The longer this goes on, the more #NERevs fans and the City of Everett get screwed.

The #NERevs are in desperate need of a culture change in the locker room regardless of who’s coach. Matt Turner’s vet leadership and experience winning a trophy here can be the start of that change, on top of being an upgrade over Ivacic. Great move.
