My husband and I always joke about an explosion at the teddy bear factory, sending the stuffing flying through the air.

I know tipping is the hot thing to complain about right now but I'm also getting really sick of being asked to leave a review after every purchase, every visit and every customer service interaction.

Second time making chouquettes and they came out perfectly this time. It does feel rather extravagant making something that requires 4 eggs these days. It's pretty amazing how one batch of choux pastry can make 3 dozen chouquettes and 2 dozen cream puffs.

A large flock of robins showed up in my yard this morning to dig up all of the grubs and it looks like one of them was leucistic. I've never seen that before in robins, apparently it's not very common. 1 in 30,000. Neat!

I recently picked up a variety of vegetable seeds for my garden from the library! They even advise how you can save the seeds from what you grow to replenish the supply for next year. So cool!
