I found a lot of companies have to go through a recruitment process with external applicants even though they already have someone internal that is suitable for the role that they will be going with. It is just a box they need to tick.

I think the white is better than the blue but I am not sold on the white either. I like the design a lot and am curious if the colors have any meaning to the piece.
