Agreed that Jeffries has to go, but right now more Americans blame the shutdown on Republicans refusing to negotiate rather than Democrats for negotiating, and that number is growing. This is objectively working and we shouldn't lose hope or be defeatist on this particular matter. HOLD THE LINE.

Good, hold the line. He's right. If Democrats break here, then 20 million (minimum) people both Republican AND Democrat are going to see exploding healthcare costs. The Republican's constituents are waking up to this and realizing the danger their own representatives are putting them in.

The reason young men in the US have taken a turn is because bad actors have DELIBERATELY flooded their feed to TELL them that women hate them. The solution is to overwhelm them with reality instead. And the reality is that they are worth more than what right-wing influencers convince them they are.

I have confidence that these young men over time will see this as I did. It's obvious logic, they just need to be exposed to it. But right now, the voices that are aggressively marketing themselves to young men, seeking them out and flooding their feeds, are those of Andrew tate and nick Fuentes.

I saw the beautiful parts of masculinity celebrated by feminism while the obnoxious parts that nobody actually likes were being confronted, like catcalling, constantly competing over stupid things, reducing your status in life to money-maker and nothing more, and only being allowed to express anger.

When I began sliding away from conservatism in my early 20's, it started by noticing that aside from rare outliers, the man-hating modern feminist thing was fabricated. Feminism supported paternal leave, gay/trans men's rights, allowed men to show emotion, took SA against men seriously, and more.
