Looking up at the night sky, she watched the blue of the sky fade into swirls of pinks, reds, and oranges, as the sun made its descent from its place in the sky. 

The Contestant#30 Wait, before you dive into this story, have you read 'No More Game' Adriana stood in the same spot, right in the middle of the backyard, where she had met Jess.   Standing up tall, she watched as Brock strutted into the backyard. He had that same confident, sexy swagger that he’d oozed all the way back at the beginning of this competition.  

The Contestant#29 Wait, before you dive into this story, have you read 'Joy Ride' Katy dropped her phone onto her bed and shook her head, she couldn’t believe her husband. She told Tyson several times, not to spend any alone time with any of the contestants. Tyson was the king of extraverts; when they were in school, every time Katy turned around he was showing up with a new friend.

The Contestant#28 Wait, before you dive into this story, have you read 'The Stretch'? Corey awoke from their sleep around four in the morning. Since high school, they’d always awaken in the middle of the night, dying of thirst, at four on the dot. It didn’t matter how much water they consumed before bed; if they went to sleep any time before three thirty am, then right at four, Corey would be wide awake, looking to quench their thirst.  

The Contestant#27 Before you start reading this story, have you read 'Playing With Fire'? Adriana pulled the door of her grandparents’ room flush against the door jamb before twisting around.   She’d missed them and having them here now reminded her of just how much she needed, wanted, to slow down.   Getting to be with her father’s parents in their final years of life was worth more than gold to Adriana, and she wanted to do the same with her mother’s parents.

Tell me you didn’t gamble away our grandson’s college fund!” Sophia said, giving her husband a stern look.    “Not all of it! You already know this! I told you every time I dipped into his college fund.” Giovani said, throwing his hands in the air. 

The Contestant#25 Wait, before you start this story, have you read 'Chugging Along' "Why’s there fucking maple syrup in the fucking bathroom?” Jess shouted.     Corey frowned, their eyebrows bunching together as they looked over at Brock before looking back at the bathroom door.    “Maple what?” Corey asked.    The door of the bathroom opened, and out walked Jess, and sure enough, clutched in her hand was a bottle of maple syrup.  

The Contestant#24 Before you dive into this story, have you read 'The Airport' Adriana stared up at the wall containing the headshots of all of the remaining contestants.  Every Friday, she would stand in the study of the mansion and reflect on all her connections and eliminate the ones she felt where the weakest.   Dwindling twenty-one contestants down to sixteen, and then sixteen down to ten was pretty easy; and now standing in front of the wall again, preparing to cut the ten down even more, Adriana was a little shocked.

The Contestant#23 Hold up, wait a minute! Before you start reading, have you read 'Lucky's'? Adriana leaned back into Corey, laughing hysterically as Ian told the story of the first time he and Corey ever got drunk.    “No, that’s not how that happened! Adriana don’t listen to this fucking loser! Ian, don’t fucking forget, I know all your dirty little secrets.” Corey said, pointing a stern finger at their cousin.

The limo pulled up to Lucky’s, a small restaurant that sat at the end of a dead-end street. The cozy ma and pa restaurant sat right beside the beach; in fact, if you sat on the patio, you could hear the waves crashing into the sand.  

The Contestant#21 Wait, wait, wait! Before you start reading this, have you read 'I Think She’s Got A Favorite' "So who’s your second favorite?” Claudette, Adriana’s cousin, asked with a wide grin as she laid across the bottom half of Adriana’s bed and propped her head up with her hand.    “What?” Adriana asked as she placed the cap back on her lipstick and turned around to look at the other woman.
