Now in its fifth year of operation, the Massachusetts Opioid Recovery and Remediation Fund (ORRF) Advisory Council spent more than $60 million in Fiscal Year 2025. A review of the fund expenditures by @binjreports.bsky.social found $13 million in discrepancies.
