Mystery solved! Thank you to one of our social media followers who identified this tune as Delyow Sevi, a traditional Cornish tune.

According to the Cornish National Music Archive records of this tune date back to 1698 when it was sung to Thomas Tonkin, the Cornish scholar, by Edward Chirgwin.
