I’ve had to explain to my 88 year old mom about pronouns. It doesn’t have to be your mom who does not know. It can be anybody even I had to learn which pronoun belongs to whom. If someone don’t know why not sit down have a beer and a conversation about it. Being cynical ain’t helping. Be positive.
