First 30 minutes aside, really good performance that. Great to follow up the midweek game with another good result. So many good performances out there tonight, but Konate stood out considering circumstances. Deserved his goal and a nice moment. #LFC

Good result which will hopefully boost some confidence. Think Qarabag played into our hands quite a bit today by trying to play nice attacking moving football. Credit to them for trying to play nice football and not just sitting deep. #LFC

Don’t understand why Gakpo is playing and not Rio. Considering Slot will say Etikite needs a rest at some point, and we don’t have Isak, then Gakpo needs to be the backup striker option. Gakpo should be coming on for Etikite later in the game to rest Etikite. #LFC

Think Slot is in a difficult position tomorrow. He is saying players are in the ‘red zone’ so do they need resting ahead of NUFC and City games which are must wins, but at the same time he has to beat Qarabag confidently. Would be embarrassing to not perform at Anfield. #LFC

Thought Gakpo coming off the bench looked like the Gakpo of last season. Helped the attack rather than breaking it down. He’s a good player when used correctly in the squad, but not one we can start every game, week after week.

LFC looked good tonight. Press was there from the front, some nice quick passing movements on the edge of their box, midfielders attempting the forward passes. On another day LFC could have scored another 2 or 3 tonight. Players looked like they were enjoying it out there. #LFC

Just watched the movie Sinners. Ok movie in places but has its big flaws, not quite sure why it was nominated for so many awards. Not one I would watch again.

Reading the LFC transfer news today (or lack of), and it appears as if the club are happy to write this season off, which is happening too often lately. Very frustrating as a fan to try and stay interested when the club are clearly happy to throw a whole season away. #LFC

Even though we won with 4 goals, that was a hard watch times. I want to watch Liverpool play with intensity, passion, swagger. Where has it all gone? This current football is slow and boring. Players walk round the pitch too much. #LFC

Finished Pluribus yesterday and really enjoyed it. Was something a bit different. Great story, acting, characters, pacing. Looking forward to a S2, but I presume it will be a while off yet. Need to find something else to watch now..

Don’t really watch Marvel movies, but just watched Captain America: Brave New World with my son as he got the red Hulk figure for Christmas. So many characters and points to the story I didn’t have a clue about unless I go watch a hundred other Marvel movies first. Hate it.
