My strategy with old metals is to just clip off the metal tab and pin through the base to the foot. Good work finding a way to retain it though!

This last year I've been 3D scanning old space ship models. Today I completed a set of digital "kitbashes" based on these old ships to recreate the ships used in a WD article discussing the prototype to Battlefleet Gothic. #nerdlings #battlefleetgothic #spacefleet

Just based on this image (still wet paint?) the left blue seems more satisfying, the right feels like just a blue tinting. I'd be curious to see them dry though.
