The simple recognition of present being is the only, true validation.
Nothing is solid.

Hence, no thing is a separate self.

Stop being where you think you "have to be" now.

Be here instead.
Be where you are.

Trying to be where you desire to be is to be in thoughts. It means being distracted, dissociated, removed, without connection.

You are by definition your most natural, normal you that you can be at any given moment, at any time, which is now.

What does this moment contain that should make it flawed?
What does this moment contain that should makes it wrong?
What does this moment contain that should makes it bad?

Observe. Feel into it.

Stay in this awareness.

To grasp for sustainability
during an impermanent experience
is suffering.

To receive everything, as it is, is bliss.

What you can discover spiritually is nothing new.
It is what's already here, now, just as it is.

It is You.

However, you can 'become' less distracted from it.
You can become less distracted by your thoughts.

If anything about the already present experience seems to be a “problem,” then you have fallen into the trap of secretly condemning your feelings.

You don't have to believe the condemnation of feelings.

Relax. Allow. Let things happen.

To be aware of the breath without any interruption.

To be aware of the breath without any intervention.

To be aware of the breath without any effort.

To be aware of the breath only.

Someone is knowing exactly what you are going through right now. He knows your experience.
January 16, 2026 at 5:42 PM
At this moment, the emotional, physical experience is uncondemnably taking its effect. Here and now.
January 16, 2026 at 5:27 PM
This moment as it is

is the lowest degree of inner conflict

of yourself with yourself.
January 16, 2026 at 5:16 PM
Stop trying to control the present flow of the feelings.

What is there now is there now as it is there now.
January 16, 2026 at 5:14 PM
The present experience is like an eternal home, and no one can condemn it for what it is right now.

Whether helpful or not right now doesn't matter: all your present feelings are perfectly valid.
January 16, 2026 at 5:02 PM
The clear present view
of all the feelings
in the body
at this moment.

How liberating!

Nowhere else is this present experience.

When we are following our breath, we are following the experience of the present moment.

The breath is a really comfortable reference point.

It is always happening, now. It is always available.

The natural breath

IS The Present,

directly experienced.

If you blindly believe your own thoughts, they are in charge, not you.
January 16, 2026 at 3:34 PM
The exact experience which came to be now.
...
The exact experience which came to be now.
...
The exact experience which came to be now.
...
The present experience, exactly as it is.

Q: Why is the breath a helpful reminder of the present?

A: Well, ask yourself: „'When', in time, is breathing?“ „When is it happening?“ „When is natural, unforced, uninterrupted breath?“

Go to the breath. Very closely. But don't touch it. Let it happen. Observe how it is and when it is.

How do you know that something is really present in this moment and not already in the past (only in thoughts) or still in the future (only in thoughts)?

How do you distinguish reality from fantasy?
January 16, 2026 at 1:03 PM
How can you differentiate between the present experience and a thought about what has passed or an idea of what might come?

How can you know what is truly now and what is just a thought?
January 16, 2026 at 12:54 PM
What else should 'wrongness' be
in this present moment
other than a mentally judging thought?

It's a judge-mental idea of what 'has no right' to be.

But everything that-is has a fundamental right to-be.
January 16, 2026 at 12:50 PM
The present experience
IS the process-ing
of emotions.

It IS that.

Come back to the moment of emotional release.
Come back to This moment.

There’s nothing wrong here.
Here are no threats.
