Officially out for the masses!
A massive thank you to everyone involved, from to writting, to the voice acting, to the art. This project I've wanted to do for years now wouldn't have come to this point without all of you.
Now to more Madness ahead

As much as it pains me to admit, I think hr'd take boomer selfies

The artsiest they've been by a longshot, especially without the use of any igc models

Some more Stormwindery from Ironroth Ep3

Kinda glad we held back on rushing out something midnight themed for Ironroth before the alpha, now we actually have tons of new things to work with eventually.

For the sake of my mental health, I will assume its bait and carry on with my friday.

Wait do people actually think they should join the alliance???
thompshire.bsky.social
Only skinny amani who shave off their moss can join the horde

So I've been using Obsidian to organise all the lore of my (soft) rebooted campaign setting, and I find it hilarious how clearly it shows different writing styles between me and one of the PCs.
Me vague, vs him hyper specific and detailed.
The character's backstory alone rivals my largest articles

Oof that does not sound fun 😭

For reference on how the program works, the white dots are written articles (and the more connected they are, the bigger the dots become), the grey dots are "dummy" empty articles that can be connected to and written on later.

Over the yeara wrong orb colors, wrong gem colors, wrong orientation, these blades cant have shit

That's not what I'm saying, sorry if it came out that way.
I'm just saying people choose this route expressly because of -Blizz's- lack of variety, it's not a fix, it's a bandaid at most in a cracking dam.

Yeah I get that all too much, I have the freedom of mixing a matching, and some measure of molding in 3D, but ingame it's much more restricted
thompshire.bsky.social
100%, there's a big difference in doing so because other races don't allow you to realize what you want out your character vs "troll woman ugly, I play haranir as troll woman"
thompshire.bsky.social
I think in a general sense this is more of a consequence of wow's current character customization limitations.
You are right in your thoughts of shape identity, but all every race has is two shapes. Wanna be a stocky non-kultiran? Tough shit. I dont think its about replacing, its about variety.
