Hi, I'm calling on behalf of a friend who's in a very stressful situation. Can a patient request your ambulance when calling 911? My friend's sister is being refused care at Sutter Roseville and wants to be taken to UC Davis. What steps need to be taken to have your team pick her up? What number should they call?

They don't service the Roseville area, it's under AMR's services. Which hospital the patient goes to depends on the patient's condition, if they're bypassing any hospitals on the way, etc.
