I find this fascinating. The Alberta respiratory virus dashboard actually has some neat interactive graphs. This graph stood out to me - look at the viral typing. H3N2 has been causing the biggest ruckus (which we knew) but it seems like sub-typing is falling behind likely due to system strain.

It’s always so funny how illnesses work their way through our household in the same order: 1° cardinal rising, 8° cardinal rising, 9° cardinal rising, 17° cardinal rising and then the only non-cardinal rising gets their 24° cardinal Moon hit. We cardinal risings also share the same 6H ruler. 🤷🏻♀️

The charts I’ve seen have him as a 29° Libra Rising with Venus in his Virgo 12H. He also has a whole sign conjunction of Jupiter and Rahu in Leo *with* his MC, which gives an exaggerated persona.

My husband’s grandmother ended-up passing on December 15th. I don’t know her rising sign but the Saturn-Neptune pairing was enclosing her natal Mars by conjunction. My MIL (the deceased’s daughter) had the same pairing enclosing her natal Venus.
My grandmother died during her 12th house year in 2023. My husband’s grandmother is very close to passing and she’s currently in a 12th house year.

I had an omen from this past year that I think I just figured out. One of my June 2025 omens was a maple syrup candle… I think it represented the Canadian wildfire smoke that spread across large swaths of North America. Essentially - Canadian essence being released into the air through fire.

This morning’s omen was my MIL saying, “they have actual bases where they hangout.” She was talking about her nieces and nephews kids making elaborate snow forts… but still. 👽

Our wee, aged Chi-Pin had dental surgery today and had 13 teeth extracted. She did well under anaesthesia and is on her way home to us now. ☺️
