Plat #195: Indika - A very interesting artsy game about god, the devil, a man with a lame arm. Gameplay has basic walking sim story beats mixed w/ 8-bit parts, puzzles and heresy. It’s super short so for some $25 may be a bit much (platted in 4 hours) but supporting indie devs is a good for the soul

As I begrudgingly re-watch Attack of the Clones and thinking about what a single mutant like Magneto could do in the various pickles the Jedi find themselves in I now realize Mutants are far more powerful than any force user (Jedi/Sith/the kid with the broom on the casino planet).

As I begrudgingly re-watch Attack of the Clones and thinking about what a single mutant like Magneto could do in the various pickles the Jedi find themselves in I now realize Mutants are far more powerful than any force user (Jedi/Sith/the kid with the broom on the casino planet).

Plat #195: LEGO Horizon Adventures - I heard rumblings that this game wasn’t good & never would have tried it but for PS+ but I was pleasantly surprised. There’s a skeleton of a cool LEGO RPG dungeon crawler hiding in this game.

Chrono Cross > Chrono Trigger & FFVIII is the best Final Fantasy. Now that you all hate me remember… FFXIII was also a very good game!

Plat #194 & First of 2026: Croc Legend of the Gobbos - It was just as I remembered it! A quirky little crocodile yelling “splat” & “kersplunk” through five worlds of fun. Plat edition added some hard time trials & puzzling ways to get the some levels. Glad I revisited it!

Platinum #188: Hot Shots Golf 2 - Solid blast from the past. You can play as Gex, Sweet Tooth, Sir Dan and even Dottie! It actually still plays quite well. It was fun to revisit the golf game of my youth. Suck it Tiger Woods!

I platted Kingdoms of Amalur on PS3 in Nov 2020. Shortly before Re-Reckoning was released on PS4. Once Re-Reckoning was released. The DLCs for the PS3 version were de-listed from the PSN but I am happy to say that after jumping through some hoops I was able to download & play the 2 PS3 DLCs. 100%!

Platinum #187: Final Fantasy II - A lot of characters had to die for me to get this plat! I know this game isn’t everyone’s cup of tea but this version is very good. The boosters help move things along & make grinding (most peoples gripe) a non-issue. The story actually exists too > FF1

People should to be immediately jailed for the following reasons:
1) Not turning on their headlights when it’s raining
2) Not re-racking their weights at the gym
3) Expressing the opinion that FFVIII is a bad game
4) Littering

Platinum #183: Grandia - This is probably my 4th time beating this JRPG gem & it may get better each time. The adventurers tale told with such joy, earnestness and heartfelt moments. I can however say I think I’ve officially seen the Tower of Temptation for the final time in my life.
