Training is absolutely not the problem with ICE & with the DHS.

The people claiming "ICE needs more training" are missing the point. Ross's 2 DECADES of training IS what led him to execute Good. ICE Training IS the problem.

Seconding Tim. We can no longer compromise or allow these people to claim their interpretation is valid. The mainline denominations have had female preachers for hundreds of years. Complementarianism is a modern invention and deserves zero percent of your time, tolerance, or benefit of the doubt.
If women & men are separated in this way in your church, then you are quenching the Holy Spirit & missing the prophetic voices of the daughters of King Jesus.
For in Christ there is neither male nor female.
If such divisions exist in a church, then that church is not in Christ.
