Brr. Day 7 in the Ultramar/Sunoco(?!) "automatic" oil delivery gulag. Still no oil after begging for it on Jan 27. Furnace off. Space heaters blazing. Some guy on "the truck" tells me he "might be here today or tomorrow". Hey Ultramar! This is NOT "Peace of Mind".

Last time this happened I called around and had 3 local vendors who all said they could deliver oil the same day - for cheaper than Ultramar. If anyone has some good experiences with 'alternative' oil delivery, let me know - looks like we'll be going with a new supplier next season - if not sooner.

Yet again we're waiting to see if we run out of heating oil on Utramar's auto delivery plan - 7 days after I told them that we were almost empty due to the cold. Misleading online delivery status, multiple calls, etc. This has happened again & again over ~ 20yrs. And we pay a 20¢/l premium for this?
