I just cycled into a lamp post as it’s pretty much dark now in England at 4:20pm. Thankfully my M&S sponge cake absorbed the impact.

Did you read Beatrix Potter books as a child? 🐰 Yew Tree Farm was one of the many cottages she saved and lived in…Built in 1690 in the beautiful Lake District, England!

Lush green Spring colours at the Japanese Gardens in… Cheshire, England! 💚 This was created at Tatton Park over 100 years ago and is said to be one of the finest examples in Europe 🇯🇵

The deepest lake in England in the glorious Lake District 💙 Mini mountains from Wasdale to enjoy in a day with no bears or snakes to worry about… just lots and lots of 🐑 !

Built in 1622 they nearly demolished this Edinburgh house in the late 1800s! Thankfully Lady Stair’s House was saved.. and is now a much loved Writers' Museum 📚

Fancy a bit of thatch? 🪴 Built in 1463, Anne Hathaway’s Cottage has to be one of the very best in England! She married William Shakespeare in 1582 when he was 18 and she was 26 📚
