REDDIT POST "I am very happy to share that I just pushed my first code change into production working at DynamoDB (AWS).

Even though my manager told me it’s Diwali and none of my Indian teammates would be available to help me review my change and approve it I just overrode it because it was a one line change. I think it has something to do with DNS, but I put it through Claude 4 and it didn’t flag any issues so it must be good.

Also, for anyone I know of my generation (X), Jared Leto is not a draw. I actively avoid most of his projects because he hasn't seemed to evolve past Jordan Catalano and has a bad rep.

I love Tron and Tron: Legacy, but this should have been a streaming series on Disney+.

Weekend movie pick was mine this week, went with THE SIXTH SENSE. Knowing my daughter likes plot twists but doesn't like horror, I was curious how this would go, but she loved it - completely bamboozled by the big reveal. All morning she's been texting her friends to have a movie night to watch it.
