Sheriffs in Iowa are elected (and police chiefs are appointed by elected officials).
Neither are obligated under current state law to sign agreements with ICE.

How you interpret your faith is very much a choice.
If you are choosing to interpret it in a way that is discriminatory, exclusionary, and to the benefit of the haves rather than the have nots, I think it is worth exploring why that is the case.

The people who claim barista is an entry level position and people should get a better job are the same people who complain that nobody wants to work anymore when their local coffee shop is short-staffed.

Now that it has been leaked after being pulled for clearly political reasons, more people will see the expose than would have had it just aired normally.

1/Disabled folks are one of the last groups in the US to not have marriage equality.
If I was to get married, despite still having a congenital heart condition and all the costs that entails, I'd be in danger of losing access to Medicare and disability insurance because of how income is calculated.

When I was transferring out of Nashville on Saturday there was a lady sitting on a blanket on the floor near one of the vending machines changing the diaper on a doll.
