The Dow Jones is a fake positive. Profits accrued to previous investors without collateral. No account of massive depletions (dividends, fees, golden parachutes). When the Dow goes up that money isn't really there. When the Dow goes down those are real withdrawals. A Ponzi bubble.

Mabel Lee (1921-2019) had a career that spanned 90 years. She was a leading singer of "Jump" blues who performed regularly at the Apollo Theater. Jump was the precursor of Rhythm & Blues and Rock & Roll. She could also dance up a storm.
