So Belichick not making first ballot makes sense to me. 2 bad scandals that went at the integrity of the game & below 500 without Brady. Brady winning 1 in Tampa without him hurt him badly. Him not making a bowl at UNC hurt him as well.

If Paramount buys the cable channels. Possibilities could be huge. NHL & MLB games on CBS? AEW with specials on CBS? If WBD had kept the NBA, they could have had all 4 major sports air on CBS. It would be interesting if that’s an end around a contract or if the leagues accept the exposure. 🤷🏻♂️

This is exactly why I’ve never liked draft lotteries. Pretty convenient the team getting something in 26 gets top pick. The top pick rewards, season ticket holders, sponsors & fans for supporting the team through a 💩 season. To lose that on the luck of a draw when you’ve endured awful is…awful.

They make tons of sense here. Especially with the play in & in season tourneys, 76 games is good. Also starting & ending later works too. NBA has lots to work on such as play style & load management issues but these are good ideas to mitigate some of that.

I can confirm the Buffalo Sabres have re-signed Jordan Greenway to a two-year contract worth $4 million per year. @PuckPedia was on it first and notes there is also a five-team no-trade clause in the deal.
