AFAIK I can just make multiple different user accounts on the Fedora KDE Plasma VM and have them all have different desktop configs

Hold up, Plasma has a global menu widget that I could use on a top bar... The less separate desktop environments I have to initialize, the better.

I'm thinking of using XFCE as a base for the Mumbo custom desktop instead of GNOME. I'm not sure if I can replicate the Rhapsody top bar properly either way but it's worth a shot
