Play the World Series here!

We are one step closer to an all-Seattle World Series!

Your Cards of the Day: The 1960s Senators had few spectators in the stands but featured some very groovy spectacles on the field.

The Mariners win can be directly attributed to "Humpy" the salmon winning the second Salmon Run of the night. It was Humpy's first career win.

The Tigers and Mariners combining to hit .163 tonight is as perfect a Ray Oyler tribute as you’re gonna get.

Since Ray Oyler played for both a Seattle team and Detroit...this was like a tribute game to him...𝐁𝐄𝐂𝐀𝐔𝐒𝐄 𝐈𝐓 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐒𝐈𝐂𝐊!

He was at the game and threw out the ceremonial first pitch.

You are looking live at T-Mobile Park where the Mariners and Tigers are ready to rumble in the deciding game five of the ALDS. Can Seattle get the best of Skubal once again Will I be a step closer to experiencing my first World Series? Will the Baseball Gods smile on Seattle?

Your Cards of the Day: The 1968 and 1969 of Phil Ortega were taken in close sequence. I like the new Spalding glove front and center on the '68. Note the dried salt on his cap and the sickly palm tree in Pompano Beach.

I had the same question!

Your Cards of the Day: "Weak Stick" Edition: Casey's four-year career ended with a -1.9 WAR and a .174 BA. I like his 1957 card, which was taken at Connie Mack Stadium. The 1958 and 1960 cards show him in his former teams' uniforms. The photos in 1959-60 are at Seals Stadium.

Your Cards of the Day: In 1970, journeyman Brant Alyea got off to a hot start with seven RBI on opening day. His torrid stretch resulted in a cover photo on "The Sporting News." Also, Brant got the ultimate 1970s reward; a great airbrushed cap.

I am ready for the Brewers and Cubs NLDS game. The cap is from the 1905 American Association Milwaukee Brewers.

It was Rick Renick who threw hard.😄

The Tall Arkansan Glenn was Seattle's "ace" in 1977-78. He led the Mariners with 13 wins during the inaugural season of 1977.

Your Cards of the Day: Rich Reese had a batting glove under his mitt three years in a row.
