Excited to say that I am making progress on a writing project I've been dreaming of publishing since I was 10 years old. The third draft of my science-fiction novel is underway and I can't wait to release it into the world the end of next year.

Finally completed the Broken Earth trilogy - there's so much to love about it! The imagination and raw emotion in these novels are what make them so worthy of those Hugo Awards. And the last but one line of The Stone Sky hit me like orogeny.

Let's do this; let's investigate every single one of them - actively prosecute - before they dupe the population into believing their destructive fantasies. If we're every going to improve our circumstances again, we've got to be utterly devoted to accountability.
Why is that those speaking in front of the parliament feel compelled to exchange jibes like schoolchildren on a playground? I swear the majority of the budget of civil servants is spent coming up with witty zingers to sling like mudballs across the rugby pitch.

I will never understand the delectability that journalists and politicians have towards the Budget. Reports released an hour before they were officially being announced does not constitute "one for the history books", the majority had already been leaked the past few weeks.

Rachel Reeves could do one of the most progressive things a British government has done in years and increase the additional tax rate by at least 1% in the Budget. There's no moral reaon for increasing basic rate - and as all politicians like popularity these days, it wouldn't be popular either!

Just goes to show that these big media corporations and companies are just flimsy pieces of paper in water. To kowtow to the likes of Donald Trump and his ilk is pathetic. Lex deserves better!
