It amazes me how much people sleep on lentils for bulking food. Like no one believes I survive a month on £130 for food. I do it cause lentils. Big bag of split red lentils. Put them in everything. Pasta? Lentils. Soup? Lentils. Casserole? Lentils. Curry? Lentils. I have even put them in porridge.
