🙋🏻 that figure needs to be up in the 70s regularly. It’s the only way the PM will even consider doing things like rejoining the Customs Union, which would materially make things economically better for us. Until that tipping point he’ll continue to be too afraid of the press.

The Guardian could become far more proactive explaining about the 4% GDP loss #Brexit removed & the fact the Gvt is effectively writing off £185 billion. This figure’s more than the fiscal black hole & the funded needed for our services. It’s fear of the Right & the press. Rejoin the Customs Union

Starmer needs to acknowledge the changed landscape & rejoin the Customs Union. This Parliament. If you want to have a 2nd term then this has to happen. The tiny increases we’re seeing will not find the rebuilding that needs to happen. His fear of the media & Reform is just depressing.
