LOOK! I get it. I do. Slow-burn horror flicks aren't everyone's bag. But they do have their place. And this flick tells a wonderful story. For me, the story is key. If a movie has a good story, it has me forever.

I love this flick for so many reasons... but one of them is how much it reminds me of the late 2000s and early 2010s. In style, in vibe, in everything. This movie reminds me of the highs and lows of my life.

This flick, to me, is what I would call Cozy Horror. It isn't wall-to-wall scares, but it lulls you in with a comfort vibe. You like the characters, you trust the envoirment, and then... things start feel a bit off. Then the scares start to happen.
