Marroot, level 5. Marroot live in the abundant forests in Kirstria. They are rare, and their hides are a prized possession. Evolves at level 16.

Pupyre, level 5. Pupyre are very friendly creatures, but they can be very wary of strangers as well. Their flame contains lots of Rubidium. Evolves at level 16.

Rucky, level 5. Rucky are very fond of large bodies of water. They play excessively in lakes with their brethren. Evolves at level 16.

Zandeep evolves into Cosmonika! This #fakemon is based on Faronika, the world-carrying fish from Slovenian folklore which canonically met Jesus Christ. Yes, you read that correctly. Big thank you to @tommasonardellart.bsky.social for making the design!

Meet Phymactite, the Amber #fakemon ! This creature can be found in caves and forests alike, blending in well with its moss-covered rock exoskeleton. Beware though, this one has an appetite! Many thanks to @tommasonardellart.bsky.social for helping with the design!

Phymactite, level 27. They are fast and efficient. They stab their prey before saving them for a later meal by storing them in their amber. Evolves from Ambug at level 25.

It's no secret that I love Bug type pokemon, but do you know what I like even more? That's right, BUG FAKEMON! So, the theme of my art contest will be Bug types! But not just any bug type fakemon, I want all of you to design the regional bug of Kirstria, my fangame's region. The winner of this contest will be part of my finished fangame, Fakemon Six Stars. Any form of art is appreciated for this, I will purely look at the designs. My favorite design will be the winner. This is very subjective, as is usual with art contests, but there are some rules to follow and ways to score bonus points...

1. Your fakemon must be Bug type.
2. It has to be a three stage evolutionary line.
3. If you use AI, you give me permission to behead you.
You need to tell what type it is, but the stats, moves or abilities are optional and not required for your entry. I am positively biased towards Bug/Fairy types and arthropods that you can naturally find in Slovenia or Croatia, the countries Kirstria is based on. So if you do either of these, that's some extra bonus points to you, but they're not required for your design to win. Post your creations using #fakemonsixstars , and @ me as well. Make sure that I've seen your entry before the contest deadline. Said deadline being..

The 31st of August! That is when I'll announce the winner and honourable mentions. You have over a month to create and post one single design for this contest. That's right, there's only one entry per person. If you post multiple, I will consider your latest one before the deadline as your entry. Lastly, the winner will also get an IOU from me in the form of 3 pixel art fakemon sprites in any style they want, as long as they don't have to be animated sprites. Frofuzz evolves into Snova at level 16! This #fakemon is a swift, silent hunter of the snowy forests in Kirstria. When it rests, it gets covered in snow and ends up looking like a snowman. Curious children often spook it awake. Design by @tommasonardellart.bsky.social

Owl fakemon with a dark blue beak, orange eyes, gray feathers and blue/white snow. The snow covers it in the shape of a scarf and pom pom hat. The shiny replaces the blues with pink and purple and the eyes are now blue instead of orange. The dex entry reads "Their feathers are designed to fly through snowstorms swiftly and silently, using their great eyesight to spot prey."
