Rika's annoying persistence and hidden depth... I adore her, my cult-leader anime girl ❤️
And Nao? I love that she's not just responsible and naïve, but responsible BECAUSE she's naïve enough to still think things matter... haha...

I love how... whimsical Ren is. He's very logical, but also unpredictable. Writing him feels like being one of those genies who twists people's wishes by taking their words literally and turning them inside out just to mess with them. Idk how to explain it better, but he's charming in his own way.

I like how relatable Itsuki can be. Amazing narrator, perfect for tone shifting. The contrast between his spoken lines and his thoughts is fun to write, and I think it's cute to see how that gap closes as the story progresses and he feels more comfortable opening up to others.

For Telmo and Silda, their designs! Fun to draw, so simple yet recognizable... The contrasting shapes... I cooked so hard with them.
Mateo and Miguel are less iconic but also fun. Mateo is the OC I find the easiest to draw. And I really like Miguel's face, even if I struggle a bit to get him right.

Is it some switch that flips the moment you turn 18, or when you graduate high school, or after you sign a lease and start paying for your own groceries?
People come up with all kinds of arbitrary thresholds, really.
What’s so different between that and just picking a random date on the calendar and deciding that, that particular day, the world ends?
To me, both sound just as ridiculous.
If you asked my parents, they'd probably say being an adult is all about getting your priorities straight and quitting useless activities like the photography club.
And outgrowing pointless crushes like the one I have on Ren.
Not that I ever told my parents about Ren. But I’m sure that, for them, he’d end up in the same box as all the other beautiful, unnecessary things in life.
Maybe it’s true. Maybe growing up means letting go of that kind of softness.
Sounds kind of depressing, to be honest.

I'm not fluent enough in English to be as funny as I'm in Spanish, and I’m still far from being a good writer, but re-reading the TEOTWC script… I really like this dialogue #oc

Teacher: “Then you’re trying to… What, stop it or something?”

Teacher: “So you’re not stopping anything…”
For some reason, he sounds relieved.
Teacher: “And when, exactly, is this end-of-the-world thing supposed to happen?”
Rika: “December 21st!”
She says, cheerfully.
Teacher: “Fantastic. About damn time.”
Sometimes I wonder how much of Kikuchi-sensei’s pessimism is real, and how much is just performative.
Rika: “Then, Sensei, are you in? We still need a faculty advisor.”

#oc been busy lately, so I only have a couple of warm ups… I couldn’t find many kiss references with noses shaped like Miguel’s, so I had to figure it out myself
Threw in an older sketch too so you don’t have to stare too hard at the weird kisses haha

I don’t really like the idea of being 14 again, but Telmo or Silda would probably be the best choices.
Miguel and Rika would also be great picks if it's just for one very uneventful day.
And if I'm feeling altruistic, I think I could fix Itsuki’s life in 24 hours.

Sobre las formas de mentir... A lo mejor me choca tanto Minakami porque empatizo más con la forma de mentir de Kawase 🤔 Apego evitativo y conductas contrafóbicas noseque.
Justo hablé con otra persona de sí creía que de verdad a Minakami le gustaba lo que escribía Tamamori o no. No hubo consenso jaja

Si, la verdad para mi la ruta final y la de Hanazawa son un flop. De la final al menos aprecio el plotwist...
Y la de Hakase pues me divirtió a quién vamos a engañar, para mí aporta jajajaja

The only one who dislikes lying is Nao. Everyone else would either tell white lies, lie to get what they want, lie for fun, or all of the above.

I'm not really a fan of honest characters. I think honesty is over-represented in media. People lie, and subtext matters more than words.
