Not only is it unethical and
unscientific, this fake “therapy” also increases suicide rates. There are stories of therapists who use this approach to both physically and sexually abuse their clients.

Treetrunk Cave isn't as comfortable as Mountain Cave or Beach Cave but during nonstop rain, it's a much-needed smoke/snack respite.

No one else was up there and the heavy drops from the trees meant the ferns were constantly jostled around me, though, there was no wind. Honestly, a bit spooky🪴👀🪴
