I've recommended this individually quite a lot recently. I find it to be an interesting analysis of the time we're in with a great reading list, particularly "High Conflict: Why We Get Trapped and How We Get Out" by Amanda Ripley.

it's surprisingly difficult to get people to wander in but the ones that do tend to return.
