Well, the cricket league that started out as an idea based on British tea brands has become a behemoth. 4 divisions with a promotion and relegation system, 56 clubs with their own individual logos, 5 championship trophies, which doesn’t include promotion shields… I need to stop!

I feel like computers should have only been designed to make our lives easier. While we do make mistakes occasionally, humans should always be the ones pushing the buttons.

There’s an unshakeable feeling to abandon all of my numerous leagues and focus on my newest to give it all of the concentration it deserves. How something that started this week could completely capture my attention with an unstoppable force! Should I or shouldn’t I? Will the regret be too much?

14th cricket league. I think I came up with a great idea to warrant another project. It had a lot of pieces, which made it an arduous undertaking. I think it’s as good as it’s going to get. I hope I don’t chicken out again.

Sad day. My neighbor took down the deflated Santa Claus hanging on the side of his roof. I thought it might make it to Christmas, but alas, no such luck. I hope he returns in five months!

13 leagues and hopefully not counting! I believe I’ve made it to the end of the road unless a strange idea pops in my head. I would have to say my mania for cricket started in 1982 after reading Life, the Universe and Everything by Douglas Adams. It was honestly my first exposure to the sport!
