Thanks for the suggestion and for trying to help me, I do appreciate it 🤗 but it's my neighbour's, they are druggies and just bang none stop pretty much. The council reckons I'm suitably housed, even though I've self harmed. 🙄

That's exactly what I do, but I'm just on my phone most the time. I absolutely hate where I'm currently living. So I haven't really got much patience that basically requires patience. As I'm far to stressed most the time.

From recent experience, quitting vaping or smoking is 100% all about will power. When the cravings seem to much. Just go out and keep yourself busy. I just kept telling myself I can do this. I'm obviously stronger mentally than I thought. Because I haven't vaped for over 2 months. 👊
