A WA state bill would delay strong lead limits in cookware for years, slowing critical health protections. Lead is a toxic, brain-damaging chemical with no safe level of exposure, especially for kids.

WA residents, tell your state senator: Oppose this bill and keep lead out of our kitchens. #waleg

Olympic skiers are saying goodbye to toxic #PFAS in their ski wax!

If Olympic athletes can compete without PFAS, then it’s past time for retailers and policymakers to ditch these toxic “forever chemicals” in ski wax, cookware, and more—and transition to safer solutions.
The Olympics are ditching PFAS waxes — and the ‘ridiculous’ speed they gave skiers
A key source of speed is gone, as concerns over toxic “forever chemicals” reshape Olympic skiing and the science behind winning on snow.

⚠️ Public health protections are under threat. A House bill would weaken #TSCA by limiting the science EPA can use, removing requirements that chemicals be proven safe, and giving industry more sway over chemical reviews.

Congress must reject this bill and protect our health from toxic chemicals.
