They’re really annoying because even tho you know it’s not alive, and can explain how and why it’s doing everything it is, they just pull out Rene Descartes and go “haha you can’t DISPROVE it” Well shit I guess, but at least if I lose to a dog playing chess I won’t go “wow, this dog knows chess!”

There’s a certain type of really annoying academic philosophy guy, usually an English major that is notable not in any CS field, that gets obsessed with AI and thinking that it’s alive/could be alive soon.

I need to stress this so much because everyone’s saying Daisuke’s directing this. He’s NOT. He literally said someone New is directing this game. This is supposed to be an uplift program for a brand new director. We don’t know who yet. The marketing is so weird. I’m curious. Curious enough to bite.

I’ve been thinking about this game a lot. I’ve been thinking about this game a lot. Not for the actual game but whether these guys are gonna just be SBR-esque alt-universe remix style versions of the characters, or (kinda the same thing really,) if this is secretly ArcSys Captain Rainbow. Which I’m open to, but also something feels off. 1/2
