because labels are delivered to the app view directly, a labeler can give different subscribers different sets of labels. this is why seeing it applied on some "harmless accounts" is still a red flag imo when you don't expect it to do moderation at all

on experience and human experimentation (ab testing), but what can be done is limited; so i think it's ok to leave to creativity to some degree, and when creativity is involved, of course different people will be creative in different ways

so about this, i think a lot of this is already being done re: algorithms etc, and the things left to creativity are things that are hard to quantify objectively, like how code should look and be maintained, or what user interfaces should be like. to attempt being scientific on these they will rely
