6/6:
Continuing to cling to FPTP, which now favours the extreme right, is very worrying. Starmer must act decisively to secure a fair mandate and prevent a far right minority government. The time to fix the system is now, before the next General Election. #PRNow #UKPolitics #ElectoralReform
5/6:
Parliament has the sovereign authority to legislate this change before the next election. Any argument for delay—including the complexity of a referendum—is simply an excuse to protect the existing power dynamic that is failing the country.
4/6:
If Reform votes NO to PR, Farage is exposed as a hypocrite protecting his own disproportionate power. If Reform votes YES, they instantly neutralize their path to a majority, securing a truly fair seat count. Starmer must force this public choice.
3/6:
By bringing a PR bill to Parliament now, he can set a brilliant trap for Nigel Farage. Farage has long claimed to support a fairer system—now is the time to test that principle.
2/6:
As support splits between Labour, Greens, Lib Dems, and the Tories, FPTP disproportionately rewards the leading party (Reform), turning a modest plurality into a massive, unearned seat count.
1/6:
Reform UK is set to win a huge, disproportionate number of seats at the next election, despite polling under 30% nationally. Our flawed First Past the Post (FPTP) system is guaranteeing an extreme minority can seize power. This is the definition of a broken democracy

(part 2) The most alarming scenario is a hung parliament where the Conservatives and #Reform UK form a post-election pact to govern.
(part 1) To prevent a victory by #Reform UK, an urgent alliance among other parties running on a platform of Proportional Representation (PR) is essential. Although Reform was defeated in the Welsh by-election, their dominant national polling lead suggests a major shift.
I haven't watched BBC question time for awhile because of the number of reform representatives being invited on to the TV show. Today Matt Goodwin a political activist for reform gets introduced and I turned the program off. They should rename it the free advertising show for reform plc.
Ppl in England have lost their minds. It's very cringe seeing roundabouts and zebra crossing with St Georges Flag on.
I had to remove tiktok, the amount fascist yobs on the platform is disgusting. Men going into hotels looking for asylum seekers and filming it. What is going on in the UK. It's like Germany in the 1930s & why is the government not doing anything about this.

Apparently ppl have been communicating that it was good to rewatch Live Aid on BBC because there was no politics or flags. I guess I must be blind because I could see flags - I suppose they didn't hear the Bob Geldof rant 😂😂😂

I live in Runcorn Zia Yusuf. The lies that man spoke were disgusting and no one challenged him. 97% of the pop is white and 99% identify as British. Where are all these immigrants in the town. The same rubbish Sarah Pochin said in the by-election. They are not getting challenged.
So what is Reforms? If this was highlighted could certain ppl change their opinions of Farage? Reform at the end of the day is a business venture not a charity.
(Part 2)
Suggestions to journalists when interviewing Farage, start by asking how much money Reform is making. Start treating them as a company not a political party. Ppl who open a business and put lots of their own money into it are not doing it for charitable reasons but to make a profit.
(Part 1)
At the beginning of this year who had it on their bingo card that Donald Trump and The USA would have a tariff war with Penguins.

I understand fish and chips one of UKs national dishes. But honestly even before I became vegan, I have never been able to eat a chippy meal. I have tried but I always feel sick when I eat something deep fried. I have never met anyone else in the UK who does not like food from a chippy.
Adolescence is probably going to be remembered as one of the best social drama series of all time. To think that every episode was shot in one take. To think this was Owen Cooper's first acting credit. It was just brilliant.
If Reform did win the seat I will be embarrassed to put my address on future forms. I will be the person who lives in a fascist town FFS.
Living in Runcorn I have to admit I am terrified of Reform getting in. Some of the media think they will win. 😯
Karen Shore was just elected as Labour’s representative for the upcoming by-election, and the misogyny directed at her online is appalling. Regardless of political views, this behavior is unacceptable. Karen is a teacher & a mother of 2 young daughters. Disagreeing is fine, but don't be hateful.
